What is the most important aspect of a video game to you?

I’m a Grade 10 MYP student and I have to do a Personal Project and this is part of my research. It would be really helpful if you could answer this question, thanks~
When you play a video game, what part of the video game is the most important to you?
Gameplay?
Core Mechanics?
The Music?
The Story?
The Game World?
The Characters?
If there are any aspects I have forgotten, but are the most important to you, please tell me about them.

What kind of video games are you talking about? PC ones or console games? Because they’re kind of different and people play say PC vs console for different reasons. A shooter game on PC can be totally different and have different gaming experience than same type of a game on a console.

to me the most important aspect of a video game is if it can immerse you into the scene.
gameplay is also very important to me.
gears of war 2 makes u feel like your in saving private ryan with bullets going every where and explosions all around you.
focus on music timing, core gameplay mechanic and originality in world design.
if this is a grade 10 personal project id put graphics as the least important aspect.

To me, its the online multiplayer, usually i’ll play the storyline once to see what happens, but multiplayer is what keeps me playing.

fun ability! that’s why i bought a wii. fun games. not hard complicated games like halo, gears of war, ect. if you can’t get a wii get a console by nintedo rather it be a gamecube or a nes. they are preety much all so much fun. so i would say how fun it is and playability!
